LOSING my MIND

Summer is over and I thought that things would get better. Today, one of our dogs chewed a hole in the footboard of our bed, I found the following under Alyssa's bed: a bowl of ice cream, two pounds of grapes, four half drank cans of diet coke and our spare laptop computer. No thats NOT all...my father called at 11 am from the VA in atlanta, he was HUNGRY I made his lunch last night and put it on the hall table for him. WEll he was hungry last night and ate his lunch instead of walking to the kitchen. THEN the mortgage compnay called. Apparently some person has lost and or misplaced our payment. I had to pay to stop payment. In may it took 39 days for our payment to post yes i did say 39 days. I could have walked to NJ in that amount of time. On a positive note I do have an interview for a special ed position tomorrow. At this point I feel like I need a week in the LOONEY BIN! Enough ranting. NAP time, no wait that was earlier when i was cleaning up the mess that the crazy dog made.......

Im so sorry you are going crazy.  Are our dogs related.  We have a Blue Tic/Walker.  He ate the seats to the 1962 Jeep, the seats to the Yamaha Rhino ($500.00), then ate the seats we replaced.  We bought a seat cover next.  He hate the chair in our living room.   He is lucky to still be here.  He also eats glass and rocks.

Since alyssa went back to school she has been a machine of destruction. Nothing is out of eating range, doll clothes, wood, shoes, beads, crayons, headphones. I swear she is INSANE!!!!!!

Ah I remember the day I came home to find out that our great dane had chewed up one whole end of a wood daybed and the mattress too. About a week later he got the soft side water bed......then we paid big bucks for a nice wire crate that would hold all 165# of  him when we were gone.

OMG!!!  I didn't know whether to laugh or cry for you.   Is that critter part Bassett Hound???  Since the arrival of our newest family member, strange things happen in her presence. Plates of food disappear! My daughter runs through the house with a cookie and the look of PURE TERROR on her face, screaming!  And all we get from our "dawg" is this innocent, SAD looking face!!!
