Thanks for the birthday wishes.  I had a VERY relaxing day and was treated like a queen for the day.  I didn't even miss the cake this year.  Had no desire whatsoever to indulge, whereas before I would have been all over some chocolate cake or key lime pie!  (any old excuse actually...).

Julie C even called me from the hospital.  Poor girl is back in again. Bless her heart.  It was so kind of her to remember me even though she's so sick.

Again...thanks for the birthday wishes.  Turning 45 didn't hurt a bit.  I just wish I had done this sugery thing years earlier.  It has truly given me back my life.
