is doing much, much better this a.m. than yesterday.
Renee, thank you for being concerned about Jessie!
Yesterday, she fought the entire way.  She didn't want the I.V. started, so that SLOWED down the process tremendously.  They had to give her Ativan.  The ativan never phased her...so, they gave her a shot (?I cannot remember the name of the med?)  They made us leave when they gave her the shot...with her crying as she was, I has a very difficult time leaving her the way she was...she was SO UPSET and scared.
He cleaned her ears.  One of her "t" tubes were lying in her ear canal, not functioning at all and the other was in place, but it had a piece of  of tissue (flesh) obstructing the other "t" tube.  So, he removed the old "t" tubes and replaced them with a new set. 
The staff was soooooooo good to Jessie.  We couldn't have asked for better nurses.  Of course, Dr. Castillo is the BEST to Jessie!!!!! 

My prayers are with Jessie and your family as you go through this tough time.

I know that must have been so hard for her (and you) to go through.  I'm so glad it's behind her and that her ears are going to work better now.  Isn't it a huge help when the nurses are good?? The three days we were at the hospital, we only had one bad nurse.  The rest were absolute angels. 

I am so glad Jessie got everything taken care of!! Bless her heart...I bet she was so scared!! Now you can all have e relaxed weekend.

Poor punkin...  I have been thinking about her and wondering how everything went..  YES is it so hard to see our babies in that state.  Hugs to you..!!
