Saturday Coffee Anyone....

it isnt hard to do, just time consuming and a bit messy. I have been pickling peppers and making relish for coworkers.......like I needed extra stuff to do haha

Send a jar of that relish my way.......LOL. I love that kind of stuff, but this "city girl" doesn't can, etc. If I can't cut it up and freeze it, I rely on the peeps who "love" me....

I will surely save you a jar of it!!! And I even used splenda in it!! Got some peach butter going now. a coworkers folks have peach and apple trees and she gave me some peaches.
I need to run get some more jars so I can finish the last of the tomatoes ( for today).

Good morning.  IM not sippin on anything yet.  We are fixing to get ready and go to our first Football Practice.  Yard work when we get home.

I'm sipping on some Millstone Breakfast Blend that my SP sent me.  It's nice and robust.

Today is going to be my "ME" day.  I have a hair appointment this morning, then a nail appointment,  then heading to the library to get some books so I can relax inside in the AC today.  It's gonna be another scorcher with no rain in the forecast.  I try to stay in when it's hot and humid like this.  I also plan to shop for some SMALLER tops today too.  For some odd reason all my blouses are getting too big... I wonder why...lol.  Otherwise, it will be a relaxing day.  Maybe watch some Olympic gymnastics.

I am loving this weather,I know what you mean about the porch swing!! I dont have a swing but I sure do enjoy my patio in the am sipping coffee.  I am planning on going to the STARS support group 5 year Anniversary celebration today..Me and Trent my 8 year old GRANDson (aka My lil Dreamboat). Nothing like GRANDbabies!! Have a Wonderful BLESSED day my dear sweet friend!!

Yes...it IS a beautiful day!!! Without going into detail, suffice it to say things in my life have been turned upside down for a while now. I have prayed & prayed, begged, cried, etc....and finally just decided that what I had been praying for just was not meant to be. Yesterday..08-08-2008....was a great day!! Things have done a complete turnaround and it looks to be the start of a renewed and happier life!! PTL!! I was not really looking forward to the directions things were taking....and now it looks like I won't have to after all!!

I am taking all 5 of our Miniature Schnauzers to be groomed today....they look like little wooly buggers!! Time for a shavedown to get them through until Fall. Then I need to do some laundry and get the house straightened up.
