Wooo hoo ..... I did it!!!!!!

This may sound silly to some who will read it , but I actually painted my own toenails last night!!!! wooo hooo.. I can not remember the last time I could do that. I love my WLS, only wish I had been able to do it alot sooner. I am cleaning out my closet again this weekend, everything is getting way too big...isn't it wonderful !!! I have went from a size 30 pants (that was tight) and 5x shirt to a 3x shirt and size 24 some 22 pants. I will be 2 months out tomorrow. Ok, enough bragging... I hope everyone has a great weekend and thank you to all that have given and continue to give me support ( you know who you are ) and for all the prayers. Please continue to pray for me and family as God knows our needs and I stand firm that HE takes care of his children!!

Oh Tammi...that is GREAT!!!! No...it is not silly. My first big WOW moment was tying my shoes. All of these moments are so special to us. God is so awesome. He loves His children and He always takes care of us. I am praying that He will meet and exceed your needs and that He will bless you in ways that only He can. You have a very great day today!!!!

That is not silly at all Tammi. That was a wow moment for many of us. I could paint my toenails before, but I'd be red in the face and huffing and puffing! LOL! Now, it's just no problem at all!

And congrats on cleaning out the closet! It's a good feeling!

It's not silly and you're not bragging...everyone here remembers how it felt to be able to do those things that weren't possible pre-surgery. Wooooo hooooo for you!!

HI TAMMY , THAT IS GREAT. I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. BEFORE MY SURGERY I WOULD PAINT MY TOENAILS AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE POLISH ON MY SKIN TO WEAR OFF BETWEEN SHOWERS. THEN BY THAT TIME IT'S TIME TO SUFFER, I MEAN POLISH THEM AGAIN.LOL
