OT: PET PEEVE IGNORANT CUSTOMER CARE!!

ok mind if I vent a minute?? I need too cause I am so mad I could chew nails and pit them out into bullet right now.  See I am trying to upgrade mine and dh's cell phones online due to the fact the store here in lakeland doesnt have anything worth looking at or what he wants.  Well I go to place my order and that is all it will let me do???? I am like wait a min......I have two phones, well I called them and got this nice gentlemen that didnt know a hill a beans about what he is doing...tells me wait 7 hours and go back to the site for details---wellllllll 24 hours later I am still waiting on some sort of details on when where and how this phone is coming and getting to me and still no why cant I get the other phone upgraded. 

Now that said--I finally got them to figure out why and went to look for a phone he wanted--found a perfect one that had a free blluetooth off with it--wasnt gonna cost a thing.  WEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL as the story goes now--beign a loyal customer with these people I register his phone and go to order the phone--no blue tooth--only for new people.  What the heck happened to customer loyalty huh??

So I call them AGAIN--got this nice young girl that tried all kinda ways but could not get  them to figure out why this is.  Till it comes out that you have to order a new line in order to get that offer...heck--a bluetooth would be cheaper to buy.  Its not just that but this is important to him because he drives his truck alot and wanted to be able to talk freely and watch what he is doing when driving you know--if you are going to make such an off to the public--you should make it equall for all---know what I mean

SHEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH  I want bore you with the rest of the story-- I jsut really, really, really, REALLY had to vent.    Its really a pet peeve of mine--ignorant people tryng to sell you things they have no  controll or knowledge of--controll here is one thing but working for this company you should have all knowledge of your phones and servces

I saw this website on the news a little while back and saved the site, but haven't yet used them. Supposedly they have some headsets available for free, S&H charges only, and some others for cheaper that in store prices. Maybe you can find yours there?

I HEAR YOU and from dealing with that ALL DAY LONG in my job, I have decided that all our things have been routed to INDIA where they dont speak ENGLISH...I HATE VOICE MAIL and NO ENGLISH SPEAKIING REPS ...
