Onion Casserole

2 lg Vidalia Onion (sliced)
1 Stick of I Can't Believe It's Butter
1 pkg Nabisco low Sodium Ritz Crakers
1 cup Shredded Chedder Cheese

Sautee onions in stick butter until transparent. In casserol edish layer onions, crushed crackers then cheese. Repeat layers again. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 mins until cheese has melted.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I was just thinking today of what I could use up my Vidalia' s for. I remember a recipe from Paula Deen and I had forgot it. I think I will try this sometime this week. Yummy!!
