Balsamic broccoli slaw

4 cups broccoli slaw
one yellow bell pepper, chopped
two carrots, julienned
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup lite balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Mix all ingredients together. Allow to stand in refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to serving. Makes six 1-cup servings.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.
