It's 10 o'clock do you know where your children are???

.. OK so it's not 10 o'clock there but it is in Germany and my daughter is in the hospital. Yep, it's that time again. I'm going to be a grandma for the sixth time.

She is not on post, she is at a German hospital but the doctors speak near perfect English.. the nurse not so good though. Progress is SLOW and we are told the baby might be too large to deliver naturally. German doctors are NOT big on the use of epidurals but they are encouraging her to get one. They have also prepared her for the possibility of a c-section but they want to see how things progress during the night.

I am home for the night with the boys, unless something changes. I doubt they will sleep a wink because they are too excited. They want to sleep with their clothes on, just in case.

 

I am so THRILLED for you GIna ..grandma x6..WOW how GRAND is that. Praying for a smooth delivery!! I will be watching for updates my friend!! CONGRATS..I bet you are as excited as the boys are!!

How exciting!  Another BABY!  Oh goody!!!  I can't wait to hear more.  I'm so glad that you are able to be there with your daughter and family. This is wonderful news.  Please keep us posted.

Hey Gina I was thinking about calling you a few hours ago, but thought better of it because of the time difference. I was going to call Jay and ask him what time it would be there. He has been to Germany twice TDY with the Navy. I will try and call sometimes tomorrow.
