Delicious slow cooker recipe....and only three ingredients...
Pork chops (I used four bone in frozen chops)
1/2-3/4cup of teriyaki sauce (only 15 calories per serving...so not bad)
bag of frozen veggies (I used snow peas, carrots and onions)
Put chops in the slow cooker and cover with the teriyaki sauce...then put bag of veggies on top... Cook on low for 8 hours.

Here's an easy recipe... not a slow cooker but still EZ.
Dixie's Taco Pie
Rotini noodles (cooked)
Taco meat (h/b meat w/taco seasoning)
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Put cooked rotini noodles in a 9x11 casserole top w/ sour cream while noodles are still warm (can be stirred in with noodles). Top that with the taco meat. Then cover w/ cheese.
Cook at 350 until cheese is melted.
