I've got my teeth set on a cantalope pudding. I found some sweet little cantalopes. Not to hard and just ripe enough. I make a pudding just like a banana pudding only use ripe, ripe , ripe cantalope. Oh, it's so good. I'm going to the kitchen right now. Love, Miss Mary

Do you make the cooked custard or instant pudding kind?  I made a banana pudding while I was off work this summer.  I did the cooked custard. My family had a fit.  I can remember my mother making banana pudding when I was little.  She had a dish just for banana pudding.  It was white on the inside and red on the outside.  I have that dish but would not use it because I was afraid I would break it.  Memories.......

Homemade of course. I have had raisin pie on my mind this past week. I use an instant for that one. If I can find mt redipe for that I will make one this weekend. I sit with a 91 year old man every weekend and I always try to make him something special. Last weekend I made him an Manderin Orange cake with Pineapple frosting. I try not to bake much at home I don't have stopping sense where sweets are concerned. Love, Miss Mary
