I baked porkchops, made pinto beans, mashed potatoes and corn, fresh sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and cornbread.  What are you having for dinner tonight???

I made a chicken/squash casserole and having a nice salad with some tomatoes on it. Unfortunately I have to take mine to work to eat. Hopefully there will be a quiet minute I can enjoy it

Nope, no porkchop for me. :(  No tomatoes either...too much potassium. Wahhhhh!!!  It's just pintos and mashed taters for me and a bite of cornbread.

I cooked breakfast for dinner tonight. Eggs with onions and green onions and garlic and baked some bacon in the oven. Fast and simple and full of protein!

You and I had the same idea!! I made an omelet with cheese and onions, whole wheat toast and slied cantaloupe for supper!!

Hiddy, Maxie has been sick this week, I have been in Decatur for training. so it was left overs, Chicken and rice, toast.. By the time I get home I am too tired to worry about what I eat. Hi Ellen!  I'm so sorry Maxie is still sick. I am praying for him (and you).

Tara put a roast in the crockpot this morning and it was yummy!  We also had squash casserole and salad.  There was enough roast left for many sandwiches!
