Recipe.. anyone remember?..
sometime last year a recipe was posted with cream cheese and something else.. and you made balls and froze them... I can't find the recipe or remember what else was in them.
Anyone???

Hey Vanessa!I'm fine!
I am having my PORT inserted in my chest tommorrow which is suppose to be better than the PICC line so please say a prayer for me in the morning. I go to surgery at 7am.

2 TBSP Splenda
2 TBSP cinnamon
Cream cheese (straight from the refrigerator works best)
Mix the Splenda and cinnamon in a bowl. Using a melon-baller (small ice cream scoop), scoop out 6 scoops of cream cheese. Roll the cream cheese balls in the Splenda/cinnamon mixture. Put them in a plastic bag (or on foil) and freeze them for 2-3 hours.
Variation--roll cream cheese in powdered jello then freeze
