Pecan Crusted Chicken
Was looking through one of my cookbooks just now and saw this recipe. Wanted to share it with you guys. I think I am going to try this for Sunday lunch (only I will be using b/s chicken strips) along with some green beans and mater slices.
Pecan Crusted Chicken
4 b/s chicken breast
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Preheat overn to 350 degrees. Combine honey and mustard, spread on both sides of chicken and dredge in chopped pecans. Arrange chicken in a lightly sprayed baking dish. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until tender.
