What does DH & PM mean???

I am new to this board & I am not sure of the shorthand meaning for DH & PM is. If there are other shorthand symbols will someone please inform me as I am somewhat illiterate.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

Thank you I thought that may be it but some boards are different... By the way congrats on your surgery date. I know how important that would be to me. I will be following your progress & hopefully I will be scheduled for about the same time. I have an appointment scheduled for 7-31-08 to schedule my surgery date. Good luck & God bless.
