I need yall to pray for my family me, my mom ,dad, my Bro & sisters. We have fallen apart !!

Also my Dad is having another stint put in PLEASE Pray that Gods hand will be with him.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.
