Prayers please!
I know I don't post very often anymore but I do read dailey and pray for all the needs on the board and now I come to you asking for prayer....my brother is an investigator with the Houston County Sheriff's Dept. and yesterday not fat from Kilby, Al a friend of his who drives the transport van had picked up an inmate to bring to Houston county and was involved in a wreck with a gravel truck and a car, the inmate was killed and my brothers friend is in critical condition at Medical Center East. Please pray for all involved. Thanks in advance.
Susan I don't know alot of details yet, my brother and my kids and his were on the lake tubing yesterday when he got the call, it is also in the paper today but not alot of details yet. If you go to rickeystokesnews.com you can read the article about it.

I totally agree! It was a semi gravel truck, the transport van and a passenger car and the inmate was in the back of the van. It doesn't matter right now who is at fault there are families grieving and people hurt and they all need our prayers, sorry if I sounded like Scott's friend was the only one who needed prayers......

I didn't take it that way at all Karen. I know that we are all concerned for everyone involved. I guess all I can think about is having to wake up and realize someone is gone forever. And you are right, it doesn't matter who was at fault because all of these people and their families are going to be going through some rough days and nights. It makes it harder for you and your family since you know someone involved. Believe me, you didn't say anything wrong in your request.
