Getting closer
Think positively! Okay, I know everybody already said that! 
You are a step closer and you'll get there! As you can see from my DD's posts (Nikki22), we have just been there and it is SO nerve wracking waiting on the insurance approval. Always try to be nice with your doctor's office and with the insurance people, but also remember that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. We had to really stay on top of everybody to make sure it was all done and done correctly! There were a couple of slip ups with the paperwork that had we not found out, we would still be waiting to hear something!

Seems like you are well on your way! Don't get discouraged and allow any doubt to creep in. This is a time that you need to be positive as well as surround yourself with positive people. 
The last few weeks I have gotten kind of negative waiting to hear about my approval. All this did was make me miserable.
As long as all of your paperwork is finished with all i's dotted and t's crossed, then you will be fine. Be sure that you take care of yourself during this time so that you are sure to remain positive. Relax!
