Hi Little Ladybug!!
Hello my friend. I am unpacked but clothes are not washed. Our water was off most of the day. We have it back now but very little pressure. Not sure what the problem is. I ran to Chatom and picked up some chicken because I was not sure if I would be able to cook or not. When the water came back I put on some peas I bought last night in Clanton at the fruit stand. They looked so good that I just had to have them. They are called Lady Finger Peas. I hope they taste as good as they look. We also bought some beautiful peaches. I made a fruit salad with some of those. I also made the marnaided cukes that was on the board. I hope they are good also. What have you done today???? I hope the day was not to much for Maxie yesterday. It was so good to see you both.
We are nothing. We just love the Lord and love what we do. It was such a good weekend for us. A couple in the church own three cabins in Mentone and they gave us one for the weekend. It was so wonderful. I bought stuff for breakfast and got up and cooked each morning. During the day we were out and about so I did not cook anymore meals there. Every morning I would go out on the porch and read. That was my favorite time. How is Nikki?
Well, you are very humble and I know that's why you are so good at what you do. You allow the Lord to use you and that is a wonderful thing. It sounds like it was a great weekend for you all. I'm glad you were treated so well.
She is fine, just sitting on pins and needles waiting for approval. We are being the squeaky wheel calling every day. We think it's close. She just knows it only took 4 days for me to get my approval and she has been waiting since July 8th (her final diet visit was July 7th). Really when all is said and done she's waited over 7 months. And to make matters more frustrating, I did NOT have to do the diet. She's just young and impatient and wants to get on with it. She cried today and said she didn't want to spend another day overweight...

The process has changed since you had your surgery but I know it is difficult for her to wait. I know she is ready to get on with her life. She has her education in line and ready for her career to begin. Tell her everything is in God's perfect time. He has a reason for the delay but it will happen for her!!
Hi I have not done too much of anything.I made up my bed,washed dishes,feed the dogs, cat and fish. Sunday was a very nice day for Maxie and myself,he did hurt, but he always does now, not as bad today, I believe he will be healed.
Those peas sound good.Maxie cooked a beef roast,green tomatoes, orka, squash,and corn. Pretty good!!!! Have a good Evening. Love Ellen
