First, I want to thank you all for letting me rant on here and for praying for my family. The last few weeks have been extremely trying and I have been terrified of losing my boy to suicide due to his depression. I believe all of your prayers have lifted him up.
The update. Thursday night he saw the ex and her new bf. Keaton was a man about, not breaking dow, but talking to her and offering friendship. He even hugged the new bf. Well, the ex pretty much laughed in his face and walked away. The new bf ( who is 19 and adult in this state) put his hands on Keaton and shoved him. K just looked at him, said " is that all you got? " and walked away. He called me at about 11:30 pm and told me he felt free, and explained what had happened. Of course I was upset that the boy touched him, but proud that K walked away. Thank you to Luke, his martial arts teacher. K proceeded to to go to the midnight showing of " The Dark Knight". When he came out he discovered they had vandalized his car, keying initials into it, smearing lipstick on the windshield. Dummies. Their fingerprints were all over the windshield. I called the cops, they came out ( cause t is legally my car) made a report and got her name, address, phone number etc. They also sent a detective to lift the prints. She and her new buds are in a truckload of trouble for this little shenanigan. Anyhow, he is happy he found out she is not the person he thought she was and is moving on. She will face criminal mischief charges and I intend to press charges. The new bf, well let's ust say K has a big brother too..and anyone who is friend to Dustin is friend to Keaton. He has guardians everywhere.

Thank you so much for this update.  I have been praying for you and your son.  In time his heart will mend.  I know that you are pround of him acting like a man instead of the way that the ex & new bf acted.

I just replied to you and asked about him.  Wow...what a good guy.  I am sorry about the car, but he handled the situation with such maturity and growth.  I know it hurts him badly inside, but I am thrilled that he is so much better.  God is with him.   BTW...that movie...WOW...did he like it as much as I did???  That was the best batman movie ever.

I'm sorry this has happened to Keaton but so glad he's seen the light.  I'm glad you're going after them for what they did!  Kids need to be held accountable these days and too often they are not.  I hope ya'll get some peace now and Keaton continues to move forward from this chapter.

Renee I am so glad that K is doing better and was able to see the true colors of this girl!  Now he has some type of closure and can move on to better things/women!  I hope that the court will make oh girly pay for a new paint job of Ks choice...lol!

You've done such a good job, Momma!! K walked away because his Momma is a good teacher!! Loves him and has shown him!!
He will continue to feel the love from you - and know that he deserves that kind of love from the woman of his dreams - anything less isn't worth is time.
