Well I kept those good thoughts and this is what it got me. I talk to the docs office this morning and they said my B12 levels were running low so the doc wanted me to start the shot. I told them I would do the pill or nasal but I cant give myself no shot. WHEEWWW

I am glad that is over with--thanks for listening to me

I take the Walmart brand B-12 sublingual 2500 mcg a day I put one under my tongue each morning tastes like cherries and my levels are ALWAYS right on
