What'cha COOKIN' today???

ha ha ha!!! Yep, I'm up and cookin' already!  We had enough meatloaf leftover for lunch today, so I'm cooking more squash and onions, I've already snapped greenbeans this morning and got some new potatoes to cook in them.  We will have fresh 'maters, cucumbers and rolls.  Got enough mac and cheese leftover too.  Will have those peaches that I cut up last night with milk and splenda for dessert.  Yum!

not exactly sure what I will be cooking but I had 3 sweet taters that needed used up so I have cooked them and have a recipe for a sweet tater sandwhich bun I may try out. you know something for the little one to help with. thats if my stamina stays up. fizzling out already!

they do sound interesting and not that hard to make. I am all for trying something new, my birds will eat some of the sweet tater and I will still have plenty left to make the sandwich buns

Not cooking today...been washing/cleaning/paying bills though.  Bout to go take Olivia to the high school, then to an appointment, then heading out for Mobile.  I will work the facility in Mobile all this week.  This week I will do my first mock survey, and I am kind of excited about it!

I think I am going to the support group meeting tonight, so I guess we will have Ruby Tuesday's salad bar.  Your's sure sounds better.

WOW meatloaf sounds really yummy.. May have that tomorrow nite... I think I'm going to fix Chicken & Squase Casserole.....topped with Cheese.

I hope it turns out well.  I use my great great aunts recipe.  She's been gone for years, but everyone still loves that recipe.  It has ground chuck, tomato sauce, egg, crushed corn flakes, onion and bell pepper in it.  Top it with ketchup when done and let that brown on it for a bit.  It's always so good.  I made this one last night and still have plenty left. I made a huge one.  Holly and Beau are eating dinner with me tonight.  Got the beans and taters on and gotta get the squash going after while.
