shrimp pie 2 c. prepared shrimp, cooked 2 large slices bread soaked in 1 pint of very hot sweet milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter 1 wine glass of sherry wine 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg Dash of red pepper Mix the bread and the milk with seasonings. Add the shrimp and bake in a buttered baking dish 1 hour at 400 degrees.
