This time next week....

I'll be just about to set my feet on the beaches of Gulf Shores for a whole week!  I can't wait!  Wi**** was here already.  Anybody else gonna be there during that time?  We could meet somewhere if so...

I know you are going to have a great time.  We had a wonderful time at the beach this past week.

I bet you did.  I am so ready for it also.  We have been so busy at work lately, we hardly even take a lunch anymore.  We order in and eat at our desk.  I desperatly need a vacation.  Did you post any pics of Christian's first beach trip?  I bet he LOVED the water.  If you posted about it already..I'm sorry, I haven't been on as much lately. 

No, I haven't downloaded any pics yet, but I did get a few good ones.  Christian LOVED the beach.  At first he was scared of the waves, but then he loved it.  He liked the sand too.  My Daddy was a nervous wreck.  He thought a shark was going to get us and was worried about Christian getting sand in his mouth and eyes.  You'd think I'd never raised two girls of my own already.  I guess it comes with old age, but he was  a huge worry wart.  ha ha!

Oh Elle I think that is the way all Daddies act.  My dad lives next door to us and you should hear and see him.  I know he is older and had a total of 5 kiddos, but I do have 2 and have done rather well with them thus far...LOL.  I was holding my God Daughter the other day and he was like "hold her head good now"  its like "DAH", I mean after all she is only 2 months old (on the 18th that is).  I think the older they get the more protective they get.  Gotta love our daddies , huh!

Can't wait to see your lil' mans pics.  He is such a cutie pie!

I just love my Daddy.  Ain't nothing like him.  I figured everyone was tired of seeing my baby boys pics, so I haven't even downloaded them yet and I had all day yesterday to do it too.  LOL  I knew if I downloaded them, I'd HAVE to post them and I didn't want to bore anyone.  LOL

Hey Rhonda!  Just wwanted to wish you a safe and fun trip next week!  I am so jealous, since I am the "newer" Ast. Manager I have to wait till last to take my vacation.  So DH and I decided to take a "reall" honeymoon in September for our 1 year anniversary!  Ia m so excited!  Again have fun hun and prayers will be said for safe travels!

Thanks for your prayers...that means a lot.  If I could, I'd wait until Sept to go myself.  Rates would be a lot cheaper and it wouldn't be so congested...but since I have school ages kids to go with us, we have to go during the summer.  Have fun on your delayed honeymoon....where are ya'll going?
