We did some major cleaning out last week and I found an ice crusher/shaver I had purchased after my surgery 4 years ago.  I put that thing on my kitchen counter and I have used it everyday.  I make sugar free koolaid lemonade.  I bet I am getting close to 100 oz. of water now.  I don't know what I am going to do when I go back to work.  I will have lemonade slushie withdrawal!!!

Bug! I have one too & I have just recently dusted it off & started using it again. I make my Crystal Light, or Kool-Aid with Splenda added, however, I decrease the water by almost half. It's just like a real sno cone!! I love the "invisible" or clear kool aid! It doesn't make my mouth red, so I can bring it to work! Tammy, I got mine at Wal*Mart on clearance one year, regular price was only $12 or $14 dollars. I think I got this one for $6.

My treatments have decided to cause some MAJOR nausea this week.  I am living on popsicles.  I don't care what color my tongue turns as long as I have that cold ice   I walked around Habitat this morning with a huge cup of ice water.

The ice shavers are on sale at WalMart this week. For the one that uses ice forms, they are $14. You get two molds with it. The oones that use regular ice from your frig are $25 and well worth it. Love, Miss Mary
