I don't post often and rarely ask for anything but right now we as a family are facing som serious obstacles. I have been sick for several months and was confident that having some time off and finding a new job without KIDS would help. WEll ong story short I am feeling worse, fighting insurnce to pay for a diagnostic test that by their standard I am too young to need, used our savings for copays and I can't find a job even if it hit me in the head. I am depressed, tired and just feel horrible none of the meds are helping. And to top it off our 6 year old is being a HOLY terror with EVERYONE including papwpaw.......I am just worn out. So say a prayer send advice just keep me in your thoughts. Because I just don't know how many more blows I can take... althea

Althea, I am so sorry life is hard right now, I know it probably doesn't help much, but when life is hard I try to remember that this to will pass. I listen to Joel Osteen when I am down and it helps me get my attitude back up and feeling better, even if things still look bleak. His latest program has been about living a life of expectancy . I hope life gets better for you soon, I pray that you find the right job asap. Hugs, Jan M.

Althea, I am living proof as well as so many others that things will get better!  I am sure you remember last year when things just looked like it was all falling apart for me, well here we are now better than ever before. When I get down I do several things depending on mood.  I'll listen to relaxations music, read inspirational poems, verses, prayers, I'll pray alone in a quiet spot, I'll go for a long walk, ect.  Just don't give up, things are going to get better. Prayers are going up for you and your little one.

Althea...I am so sorry that all of this is going on with you.  I know God is able to move every obstacle that comes in our paths.  I know it's hard...but look at that mountain and with faith tell it to move.  I have had to do that many times and God will move those mountains.  He promises us that.  Depression is a horrible thing and people who have not experienced it have no clue how it makes a person feel.  I am asking God right now to lift the depression and give you peace and comfort in your heart.   You are a special person not only to me, but even more to God.  He loves you Althea, and He wants the best for you.  Just truly believe.  I love you and I am here if you ever need anything.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.
