Info needed please!
I had a bladder tac when I had a radical hyst about 8 years ago. Then they attempted to redo it about two years ago (long story as to why it failed...cancer/radiation related) but were unable to. But anyhow, the procedure was minimally invasive. I was only going to be out of work for a week (I have a desk job). The procedure I was getting was the sling procedure, which he was going to do vaginally.
Here is a web site with information about the different types of incontinence procedures. Some are more extensive than others. Do you know which one your surgeon is planning? Are you using a urologist?

Little Miss Ladybug I would love to share a room with you...LOL! Think we could talk the Doc into a 2 for 1 special?
Sandi thank you for the info. I am going to have to have this done due to my hyster back in 05'. I am a Manager at a retail store and I do allot of heavy lifting. That is what I am so concerned about. Where I work there is NO light duty, so if the Doc says this then I will have to be out of work. Thanks for the info again! I am on my way to the site to see what I cant find out!
