Anyone in the Montgomery area? I need info please!!

Hi Susan! As Staci stated definately stay on the east side if you are interested in the Montgomery area. I will send you my email if you have any questions about a particular subdivision or neighborhood. As far as public schools, I would not recommend it. If the child is in elementary then yes I would recommend Dalraida, but other than that, find a nice private school and ante up!  Is your husband interviewing on Maxwell or at Gunter?  Prattville is a wonderful area to move to and growing everyday. The public schools there are better than Montgomery's. Let me know what I can do to help. Gail 

Hubby's job would be with Lockheed Martin.  I think he  would be working at Maxwell.  He'll know more info tomorrow after the interview.   I'm probably just jumping the gun, but I'm a bit anal.  LOL The private school prices look pretty good to me.  I guess our cost of living is a lot higher.   I'd just love getting out of the land of snow and have a pool.  I have some priorities huh???  Thanks!! Hi Stacy!  WELCOME to the Bama Board Family!  We are so glad to have you here.  Gail is a great person and she is so awesome to help you with Montgomery info.  I live 45 miles south.  We often have Montgomery Dinners and I sure hope once you are here you can join us.  I have a friend that works with Lockheed.  She loves it.  My fiance' lives in Minnesota and she is like you, she can't wait to get to the WARMTH!  LOL  Again, WELCOME!  Have a great day!
