Wonderful 4th.....
We had a wonderful day today....got to see most of the family and Beau even got off early to go with us. It was a lot of fun and Christian had a blast too. We've got Kyle and Holly all packed for their trip to the Bahamas and they will be leaving here at 4 am. Kyle has already gone to bed, as he will be driving one of the church vans to Orlando in the morning then they will fly out from there to Nassau.
We had so much food today. I've never seen so much stuff. My goodness...I don't think there was a meat that wasn't grilled. I mean they had EVERYTHING. We had to leave before the icecream was finished and I couldn't believe Kyle and Beau both left without eating any. Icecream of any kind makes me so sick....even the no sugar added. I was amazed that they had two different blueberry desserts made with Splenda. I had some blueberry crunch that was to die for. Yumm yum. I ate a few bites of shredded pork a stuffed pear half and a deviled egg along with the blueberry stuff.
It was a great day and I'm going to be retiring soon. I have to get up at 3:30 to take Kyle to the church in the morning and to pick up Christian.
