We're in our second week of camp and I've been putting in some really late hours here at work. My body is worn down and so my resistance to sickness is weak. I've been battling a cold, sinus problems and bronchitus but the show must go on. I've read some of the recent posts and it did my heart good to see that God has been at work doing miracles!!! I'm praying for Oliviia and will keep Ellen and her husband in my prayers. I've missed all of you and wish I could have one of Carmen's hugs!! Randall, I know you had a wonderful trip and we can't wait for Lucy to get here to stay. I'm so thankful for Allison's miracle. Man, God loves us so much, doesn't He??
I've got to run now and get back to working on next weeks camp. It's our largest in the 10 years I've worked here so its a killer getting everything ready.
I am taking Saturday off so that my family can come up to the river and enjoy some fishing, boating and grilling. Leo is excited. Oh, by the way, he bought me a little Suzuki motorcycle (not too little). It's a ladies motorcycle so its easy to handle. I'm taking a safety course in a few weeks before I actually try to ride the thing. Isn't Leo good to me??? I've never had anyone take care of my like he has. We're going to take both motorcycles to Northa Carolina in September and go riding with our buddies up there. We'll be doing the same ride as we did on our honeymoon last year. I'm going to ride the Dragon's Tail!!!!!! Whee!!! One of our friends wives is giving me a pair of chaps - can you imagine??? I'm gonna be a genuine red hot mama!!!! Oh yeah - the motorcycle is red!!! I love it!!
Love and prayers,
DebbieDoo
