Four years ago today

I got a new lease on life. My WLS was the best thing I have done for me. It is hard for me to believe it has been four years. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I wish I had worked harder not to let bad habits creep back but I know now what they are and have to work to get them under control. I think my worst habit to come back is the Diet Coke. I am thankful for the surgery but also for all my friends on this board who have come into my life. You are truly family.
