2 ea Med. Cantaloupes
1 ea Large Pineapple ( use canned drained pieapple chunks)
1 c Raisins
1 c Fresh Shredded Coconut
1 c Finely Chopped Walnuts
1 ea Large Apple
1 LG Low-fat Yogurt
Cut cantaloupes and apples into small chunks
mix all ingredients chill and serve.
Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
