House broken into....

Please keep us in your prayers.  We came home from church and our garage had been broken into....we have a suspect we feel confident we know who.....we called and filed a police report and they will be being questioned in the next day or two.  Please pray for us....this person's parents are good friends of ours , but this isn't the first time he has stolen from us.....they got our weedeater this time....

He doesn't know who he is messin with.  Hurry up Tuesday.  We have some talkin to do

Check the local pawn shops for your weedeater and / or any other items you may have missing. That is where my brother has found several items that were taken from his home ... without his permission.

Oh Elle is it that same young man from before?  When a person gets on drugs and other stuff they don't care who they hurt no matter what a wonderful person they were before.  I am praying for ya'll and this man, as well as his family.  He must be taught a lesson!  Again I am so sorry for all of this happening to your family and will keep everyone involved in my prayers!

***IN NO WAY AM I BASHING ANY POLICE DEPARTMENT-JUST STATING MY OWN PERSONAL FACTS HERE*** Elle, I am sorry you and your family is going through this violation.  I know how it feels and the feeling of losing your security in your own home is awful.  When I lived in Tuscaloosa Co. we were robbed and never heard a word from the police.  Now, back in October 2007 we had a gun taken from our home.  Once again, the police done NOTHING!  In April 2008 I get a call from hubby asking if I had ordered Direct TV...uhmm NO!  After talking to the young man trying to install the system in the house it turns out that "someone" had place orders in my name. These orders included Direct TV, DSL, and was trying to have the PRIVATE/UNPUBLISHED home phone transferred to their "new" house in an upscale neighborhood.  AT & T was told of this situation and assured me they cancelled this order, but I am being CHARGED for those services.  I had to cancel my services with them and ended up going with cable phone. Well, first mistake, the guy gave me the address to these peoples house.  Me and a friend, who is a police office, knocks on the door!  It was an elderly man.  I had already contacted the police department before going to this house, so afterwards, I showed up to file a formal report.  As of today, NOTHING has been done on either of my cases.  Although, I have been told that the roommate that was living in the home with my family had stole the gun and took it to a drug dealer's house in Mobile and traded it for drugs. Needless to say, he was booted the day I found that information out from his so called "best friend."  Yes, I know this is a long and rambling post, but my point is....DONT SIT BACK WAITING ON ANY POLICE DEPARTMENT TO SOLVE YOUR CASE!  If you know who to remotely confront DO IT IF IT'S SAFE TO DO!!!
