For breakfast, I made homemade banana/walnut muffins.  They were good.   Lunch was at church.....ate a chicken wing and some corn casserole...It consisted of a chub of white cream corn a bag of frozen whole kernal corn, so cream cheese, butter and jalapenos....does anyone have a recipe that sounds like this?  I would love to make this, but don't know the amounts....it was wonderful.... Dinner was leftover mexican from last night.  it was part of a chimichanga and some peppers and onions.  It was good and I didn't even finish the leftovers....Jill ate part of it for lunch.  It was a large portion....and three meals were served out of it and still threw away some.... What have ya'll eaten today???

Tonight is Pintos 'n Ham, Turnips, Fried Squash and Zucchini (veggie cookies as my 3 yo calls them) and Cornbread. I've been cooking those beans and ham since 11am.  BTW, I love your family picture. You have some beautiful girls (and of course, the cutest little man).

mmmmmmmmm, my DH loves pintos n ham....I need to cook that man some....and some cornbread.  Your dinner sounds really good.  Can I just send Kyle over when he gets in from work?  LOL I haven't fixed him anything.  He'll probably get a homemade pimento and cheese sandwich.  LOL Thank you for the compliment. I think my girls are beautiful too and of course the little man is a DOLL!  You have some pretty girls yourself. Take care and keep on posting.... B - coffee, 2 eggs, 2 strips of turkey bacon S - one flaxseed cookie L - 2 chicken fingers and 3 fries S - s/f ff pudding D - 1 catfish filet, piece of cornbread, 1 spoon of slaw, 1/4 baked potato It was a pretty good day.  I am trying hard to get to goal.  I have never reached it and want to get 30 pounds gone.  That will give me about 5 to play with.  I wish someone would start the weekly weight loss thingy again.  Gina did it for a while and it helped me so much.  You have a great evening, Loretta.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

For breakfast I had peanut butter crackers on the way to get tires on Tara's car.  For lunch I had a protein bar.  For a snack I had watermelon and string cheese.  For supper I had a grilled chicken and veggie whole wheat quesadilla at Applebees.  Tonight I've had 2 sugar free popsicles. I make corn similar to what you had.  But I just fry the chub pack in a tiny bit of oil in a skillet. Toward the end I add sour cream and chopped jalapenos.  It's one of Bill's favorites.  We call it snappy corn.
