Top of the River

Where:  Gadsden When:  Saturday, June 28 Time:  4:00 p.m. Y'all come out for a time of fellowship, fun and food.  We always have such a good time.  We will also be celebrating Maxie Johnson's upcoming WLS.  I hope to see you all there!!!

I wish we could be there.  I would love to see all my friends.  Carmen, do you know how far Mentone is from Ft. Payne.  I was kind of running some things through my head.  We are going to be singing in Ft. Payne next month and I thought we might go to Mentone a day or so before the weekend.

Yes...ma'am.  I know exactly where that is .  Mentone is mine and John's favorite place in the world.  In fact, I have a weekend booked up there for our anniversary.  It is a secret so don't tell him . It is the next exit up from Ft. Payne.  I will get the exact exit from John and let you know.  It is so nice and peaceful there.  You take care.  I love you all!!!!

Thanks Carmen.  I might just have to do a little research on this and see if we can do this.  This will be my last weekend before I return to work.  I need something special that week!!
