OT - making a picture slideshow?

OK guys..I need some help.... I have about 100 pictures at work that I want to put together in a slideshow on our office webpage.  I've got Picasa downloaded, but apparently, it's not going to do exactly what I want it to do.  What are some of the programs you guys use for this?   I want to put the show together and link it to our webpage. photobucket.com is one of the best to work with.  rockyou.com is another excellent choice.  Both allow remote linking and provide add-in's such as sound and text.
