Whatcha "COOKIN" today???

Don'tcha just know it?  I'm right on top of things here already.  I'm going to make stuffed bell peppers.....per my Daddy's request.  Little stinker, loves my bell peppers.  So that's what it's going to be for us....and a tossed salad.  I don't know if I will get it made for lunch or dinner, but we'll have it sometimes today..... What are you cooking today???

Morning Elle!  I am thawing some steaks for the guys but I will be at work all evening so for me it will ba another salad!  I love salads!  Have a great day!  And I absolutely loved the pics of Holly's wedding!  And you my dear look stunning, esp when holding that little handsome man!

We could still make it on what I cooked over the weekend, but I'm hoping to freeze the leftovers and make spinach/broccoli enchiladas if time allows.

I know... I've got a few leftovers around here that needs to be eaten.  Holly took ALL of yesterday's leftovers home with her last night, but I still got porkchops and red beans and rice....

I sure wish I didn't have to cook, but someone's gotta do it.  ha ha!!!    I hope you're having a grand time.  Sounds like you are....Enjoy that coffee......

I am making homemade yogurt.  I have several other things in mind to do with it after it is finished, but it takes about 10 hours.  I am also making a herb bread that promises to be good.  Most likely will be hav ing turkey sandwiches for lunch with good fresh ground coffee in what you refer to as my "fancy" coffee pot.  The garden has three ripe tomatoes, so I suppose that I will be indulging in those, also at some point.  Wish my cukes were already ready to pick.  I have beautiful vines with blooms, but the little devils haven't grown yet.  I do have two eggplants that are slowly maturing.  Hopefully, yesterday's rain will have boosted the growth rate along....if you get a chance, come over.

I will be free about 4ish.....I'll try to stop by.  Would like to see you.  Did you Dad come back with you?
