Supper was SO GOOD!

Yep, I know ....we eat at strange hours around here.  I cooked this afternoon so that hubby could take some to work with him at 3 pm.  The Red Beans and Rice with smoked sausage was GREAT!  That creole seasoning does the trick on that one.  YUMMY!!! What are you having for DINNER???

Ugh.  I just got home and I STILL have to cook.

Hi Froggy friend!  I have not been on in a while. I needed to take a break.  But I missed talking to some of ya'll so much!  I know you're so glad to be out for the summer.  Don't overdo it out there in the heat lady!  How is Maxie?  I know his surgery date is coming up real soon right?  I apologize I don't remember the exact date, but I'm praying for ya'll!

leftover mexican for me. we ordered out at work last night and I have plenty left. Hubby will have leftover turkey thighs and vegies that I cooked for him last night. I have to work so who knows what time I will scarf down mine tonight Kim
