                        Thinking of You Today

Thank you Vickie, that is just beautiful. My husband & I were walking outside a while back & I picked up a little pine branch from the ground. It had a little cluster of pine cones on it, the tiny ones. My mom had asked him to gather some for her sometine when he was out hunting. He told me they reminded him of her & I was thinking the same thing. A few minutes later, when we were heading back to the house, I tossed them down. Almost that very minute, a big pine cone fell out of a tree & almost hit me right in the head. My DH told me that was my mama.............mad cause I threw away the pine cones! You never know!!!

You want/need pine cones???  I got 'em....come and get 'em.....Free for the taking.......LOL

 No No No No......................... Have you been to my house?  I should pick up some of the tiny ones & decorate with them. Maybe you could come up with some easy pine cone crafts for us to do at a "Tuscaloosers" gathering. LOL

  There's an idea....I'll get Karla on it.....She's the crafty one....NOT ME!!!

My prayers are with you.  It's coming up 6 years since my Mama's been gone....I miss her very much, to this day.  My sweet Daddy just left from visiting with Christian.  Holly and I went out for a short while and when we got home coming in from one side of the driveway, we saw Daddy leaving....honked the horn, called his cell, but no answer.  He eventually called back and came back over and just left.    Kyle was in the shower and couldn't get to the door.  Don't know why Daddy didn't just come in since he knew someone was here.  Oh well, all is good and he got his fix of Christian for the day.  Love and hugs to you my friend.....
