Health Screening

They are having a health screening here at the office today.  Im so healthy that they didnt have much to say to me. Pulse 63 BP  94/65 Total Choclestrol 128 Sugar  81 BMI 21

Isn't it great to have good numbers like that rather than wanting to avoid the screening lines because you know all your numbers will be all out of whack?  Kudos to you!  We have a health fair coming up next month where I work. Sandi

It is amazing.  I kept the sheet from last years screening.  What a difference.  Same week and month as last year. June 2007 Waist was 38 1/2 inches Weight was 189 June 2008 Waist is 25 Weight is 115 Last year they asked me if i could loose 13.2 lbs in 3 months.  i said i would try.
