Well went to the doc today to get the blood test done, My BP was high even with the meds I been taking he changed them and wants me back in a week to check it again he said once my BP was under control he would fax his results to Doc Miles

Plus his clearance paper It's coming soon my Band will soon be playing

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

Once you are banded-that old BP will be a worry of the past. When is your appt. with Dr. Miles?

They said they would call me for Appt when they get my blood test . My PCP is doing them also . When he faxes all info to Doc Miles they will call me.
