I walked 3 laps today, close to 1 mile each, I  haven't felt like doing that in forever, I really hope to make it a habit or, if not  3 laps at least 1.  I so admire those of you who are able to keep motivated 4 & 5 years out., just wished y'all teach me how to do that! Jan

Way to go Jan!!!  I am almost 4 years out and do not exercise and haven't and I am struggling with weight gain now.  I wish I had started from the beginning.  You are inspiring to me!!  Thank for sharing!

Jan!  CONGRATULATIONS!  That is awesome!  I walked a mile last month and it was the 1st time in years!  I had to break a few times, but it sure did feel good.  CONGRATS again!

Thanks, Randall, I was so happy, didn't even know I could walk that far, blood sugar was crashing when I was done but it felt so good to accomplish something towards my goal of getting back on track!  Have a wonderful weekend!  Jan

Good for you!!! Every great journey begins with one single step.  That great endorphine feeling gets to be addictive.  Keep it up!  Nanci
