I'm NOT. We'll have leftovers. I still have leftovers from the week, so we will be emptying the fridge. LOL My Daddy has requested stuffed bell peppers, so I will cook those tomorrow. Heck, he brought me the meat and peppers, so I'd better make 'em for him, huh? My sweet Daddy....doesn't cook for himself and doesn't eat right either. He's a mess! LOL I just love that man. He's diabetic and I try to help out as much as I can. Right now he's down in his back. Oh well, I'm rambling...... What are ya'll cooking today???

We'll be having leftovers, too....we ate at Cracker Barrell last night. Hubby & I both got the kids shrimp plate, and had a full plate left over! Maybe I'll cook some fresh squash this weekend.

I'll have to remember that one next time we go to CB. Don't mention squash....we've been eating it almost everyday since they came in season. I have a fridge full of it that someone at church gave me Wednesday. I'm going to freeze it after while. I love squash, but my family doesn't like it as much as I do. I'm just glad I got a freezer to put it all in.

I only have a few pieces...maybe 5, so it won't be overkill for us, lol. I'm gonna try the squash casserole recipe you posted the other day.

The squash casserole is wonderful. I always add extra cheese to mine though.

I am having at my DH request Fried salt pork, dry limas , fried taters, a mess of fresh lettuce & mustard gonna cut up green onions and mix these and pour that hot salt pork grease on the lettuce mustard and onions &some cormbread. yummy

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

OMG...I want to eat dinner @ your house - I LOVE LOVE LOVE salt pork, but haven't had any of it in at least 4 years!!

Its a regular here the DH has to have it at least once a week !! some times I batter it in cornmeal it is good that way
