Happy Thursday & I love Y'all!

Gooooood Thursday everyone...so sorry I am running behind for I have been working on menus for the last 3 hours.   And, I "think" they are complete!  If any of you think menus are a small task, please, please think again for they are NOT!!!   Especially long-term care/assistant living facility  where you must meet the needs of so many folks!  It is TIME CONSUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Y'all please remember Dana Dee as she is having her "female" surgery/procedure today!!!   Please, please say a prayer for our friend.  "Happiness is not in having or being—it is in the doing." ~ Lillian Watson Love y'all! 

I hope it is too for I have State Surveyors at one of my homes (again) this week.  They came in yesterday.  Thank you sweet VIckie for the pleasant wishes! 

Good morning Pretty Lady!!!!  Dana is in my prayers this morning.  I know God has His hand on her and is taking awesome care of her.  You have a wonderful day.  I wish you could do my menus.  John cooks the same things each week and although I love him to pieces and appreciate it....I am getting tired of red beans and rice and grits each week.  .  You have a great day.  Love you!!!
