Marinated Cole Slaw
- 8 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 chopped bell pepper (in strips
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup splenda
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green pepper and onion. Toss lightly; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cool and pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Slaw will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
