Marinated Cole Slaw

  • 8 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 chopped bell pepper (in strips
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup splenda
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seed
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green pepper and onion. Toss lightly; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cool and pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Slaw will keep in the refrigerator for several days.

Thank you Elle. My I have the squash casserole one too?  Sorry to ask but I am trying to get together several receipes for when I can cook and eat again.  Thanks again!
