Let's FIGHT!

I'm fighting with you!  My Pastor's wife told me this week she could tell I had lost more weight.  I lost 10 lbs!!  My Pastor said the same thing yesterday.  I AM READY TO RUMBLE!!  I had gained 10 and now that I know I CAN lose those, I want more off!  I would love to lose 10 more and KEEP 'EM OFF!  Love ya Lisa!

GREAT POST!!!!!  I could not agree more with you.  RNY, Lapbands, and Sleeves are TOOLS kind of like hammers!!!  Exercise, healthy eating, and water are like nails. Try building a house without a hammer and nails  and there will be little success. Thanks for reminding all of us that this is a fight and WE are the ones in the ring! Nanci
