Way OT

I have a computer question for some of you  computer savy folks. My mouse freezes up when I leave the computer on for a while, arrow will not budge, I  have to reboot , then it works fine, until the next time. It seems strange that  it works ok after I reboot, anyone have any idea why this happens?My son thinks I probably need a new mouse, I don't know, its a Dell, about 3 years old, and I have not really been please with it, maybe if I had the funds I'd just get a whole new puter, I loved the Hewitt Packard I had previously. I don't know the answer to your question, but ya know what?  I loved my COMPAQ a whole lot better than this Dell.  I thought Dell was supposed to be the best???

Thats what we thought too, thats what everyone said to go with, but I probably will try something different next time. We called and ordered it over the phone, next time I want to go and talk to someone and see what I'd be getting and see my options.

Hi, I just bought a new Dell Laptop and I am not happy with it at all.  I liked my HP better also.  I agree with Elle, I have always thought that Dell was suppose to be the best.  I am now about to purchase a new desk top and it will be a HP or a Mac.  I will not purchase another Dell.

I know what you mean, there is a funny clip on utube of QVC selling Dell's and someone calls in on the testimonial line and then tells them something negative about Dells. I like my HP and I liked AOL better than DSL, guess I am old fashioned,lol

All the free time I have,  I spend right here.  I love this Bama Board.  I love seeing those pictures of that precious grandbaby you have.  He has the sweetest face!!

Turn your puter off and Unplug ur mouse use your scroll buttons on key board to navagaite.Restart Then shut down your puter again and plug the mouse back up and restart the puter, Let it reconize your mouse again , will probally help????

Vickie, Thanks for the help. I will try that the next time it does it, it did it for a couple days and stopped, then started again yesterday, so I never know what its going to do. No more Dells for me. lol
