i am just wondering if i am the only one that stills see's a fat person in the mirror? i KNOW i am not fat, but when i look at myself, i can't get my mind to look at me any differently..  the other day my sister and i went to the store, and she said..  " that man was totally checking you out" and i said.. " oh yeah like he would check out a fat girl"  and my sister sort of hit me on the arm and said.. " YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!"   well can someone please make my brain remember that??      I love you all  and i thank each and everyone of you for touching my life in  some way or another.       Tammy

Funny you should post this! I posted to Bonnie this morning of how my clothes don't fit because all I see in the mirror is a fat girl! So I have to say my brain is stuck in fat mode and my eyes are needing glasses!! Seriously.. I will be getting them when they come in!! lol (I went to the eye doctor!) Hopefully then when I look more clearly I can see the REAL me!!

All Ya have to do is pull some Pics out and look where you have been. Where I am is Fat City LOL You BETTER STOP saying that you are a Fat Girl  cause u are not..

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I still see the 300+ pound lady I was sometimes.  That is the only thing that really upsets John, but he does not understand that I honestly think I am still very heavy.  I am working on that though.  However, let me tell you....YOU ARE NOT FAT by any means.  You are itty bitty.  Love ya!!

Hi Tammy, I can totally relate to you aswell.  Today a friend came up to me and ask me "so how much weight are you going to loss" I can tell that I have lost anymore weight @ lest not by my scales.  my clothes fit diferently, but i still want to wear my shirts oversized and not tucked in.  After lossing weight I din't know how to shop for smaller clothes I would always go to the  plus size and turn around in a circle(LOL).  When you figure something out drop me a couple of lines.  Vanessa
