What did you guys eat today?

Today was a pretty good eatign day for me. I had to do someting to recover form all the food we had yesterday...... Pre Breakfast: coffee, coffee, coffee Breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast w/peanut butter S: juice from 1/2 a grapefruit L: 1/2 cup tuna w/1 tbsp mustard and 1 slice whole wheat toast S: none Supper: boiled shrimp, steamed carrots and green beans S: 1 serving NSA Vanilla Ice Cream unsweet tea and water, water, water...work out and more water 764 calories, 61 proteins, 84 carbs and 20 grams of fat.  I MUST lose my remaining 20 lbs!!!!! Kepp me encouraged people!!!

You did great today!!  Do you not get hungry?  I hope to start losing some lbs again  too. . Keep up the good work. Jan

I did not get hungry yesterday. I started tracking what I eat again and was shocked at how much I was actually eating (calorie wise) some days. I went to Fitday.com and it was a real reality check for me. I use to track every bite but got out of the habit.  Most of the time, I don't get hungry I eat out of habit. The girls at work have a snack about 3 (popcorn, peanut butter and crackers etc) and so would I hungry or not. I have to get control and stop grazing. I DO NOT want to regain weight. I want to get to my goal!!!! Hopefully today will go as well. I have my breakfast and lunch packed and have planned what will be for supper.
