It was 103° degrees last week so I whacked off ALL my hair. Bob brought me 2 roses this morning (1 for each child)and took my picture without any makeup on. Yep I am a beauty alright

Oh Vickie, I am soooo happy for you!!! It has only been 7 days for me but it is sooo exciting wanting to get on the scales and see what they say, feeling like playing with the grandkids... it is just wonderful and I am looking forward to doing soo much more as I know you are too. I can hardly stand it I am so Happy, I eat it sleep it and its 24-7 on my mind, My DH asked me are you still searching on th Lap-Band, How much more can u find. I told him I learn something new every day.
